Giving back to the community plays a large role in Caroline's life. She has been an active member of the Bedminster Township PTO at the Bedminster Township School for 16 years, serving as a Board member for two years. She has also served on committees that focus on those in need, including the St. Jude Children's Hospital and the ARC of Somerset County. She remains actively involved in Heartworks, a Bernardsville-based grassroots movement of women committed to replicating and sustaining the palpable kindness witnessed in the wake of September 11, 2001.

Married to Joel Taylor since 1994, the couple has five children aged 17 to 27. Some of their favorite family vacation spots include the Jersey Shore and Florida. Caroline enjoys running, working out, walking on Bedminster's bike trail, reading, crocheting and golf. Caroline and her husband proudly won the President's Cup Tournament at Fiddler's Elbow Country Club in Bedminster.
